Ashtalakshmi Temple Visit on Auspicious Saturday

On oct7, in the evening, I asked my friend that, will you come to temple with me.I said. He nodded.we decided to start at 630pm .unfortunatley.rain has started, we never gave up.took an umbrella and started from dislushkhnagar.we reached to the kothpeta .where we moved 300 meters from kothapeta bus stop. Reached to the templed called ‘asthalakshmi temple’ where we could see 8 avatars of Durga matha. The design and architecture of the Ashtalakshmi temple were borrowed from the one at Chennai. However, several modifications were made while the construction was initiated. The Ashtalakshmi temple is a fine example of a collective endeavor. People from many quarters came forward to donate liberally. It took five years of non-stop work and a total expenditure of Rs 10 million for the magnificent Ashtalakshmi temple to take its present form. Although built of sand and cement, the Ashtalakshmi temple reveals the remarkable dexterity of the artists. Installed inside are idols of Adilakshmi, Aishwaryalakshmi, Santanalakshmi, Dhanalakshmi, Dhanyalakshmi, Gajalakshmi, Vijayalakshmi, and Varalakshmi. Depicting these eight postures, the idols are adorned with gold and kasula Peru necklace and other necklaces. If one is all praise for the richly ornamented idols inside the temple, one is equally agog to see the intricately carved designs on the temple gopuram. The nightly illumination of this enchanting temple is spectacular. Viewed from a distance, it looks like it's made from marble. And on approaching the temple entrance, one is captivated by the tranquillity of the surroundings and the all-pervading sweet fragrance of the incense.Temple surroundings area was looking like an expensive area.we had reached the temple at 7pm.when we reached there, got shocked that temple was very big and looking like heaven.we entered into the temple with the feeling of excitement. It was a wonderful and amazing experience we had .maintece was very good. The place was filled with some kind of positive energy.I never had visited such kind of temple … wow..what a discipline and attention towards Durga matha.when I was in temple.i just forgot outside of the world. It has such kind of pleasant and peacefulness.all this credit goes to the goddess Durga matha…liked her a lot..devotees were paying sincere attention to Durga matha.we visited her. Saw different avatars of Durga matha with ornamentation.took a  prasadam .which was so tasty.sat on the bench.really, the temple was so pleasant and filed of devotion.

we were delighted in the temple. visited this temple after Dasara.after that, we moved to a mart, which was loaded with full of things that lead to shopping.we shopped some things and headed to home………. Had a nice time..
